Pieces of a Story

No Mother, Just A Name

Abuse, a curse, a word of despair, no room for you, just a slave, no safety, no food, only tears and fears, so you can have a beer, a man, who likes an audience,

Tearing down of innocence, just for a feeling of importance.
Or to feel like a man loved you, when the greatest love you could ever receive was standing right in front of you. The child with no name, other than bitch, silly, crazy, and when you did use the name you distorted it to such an extent that the child, now an adult can’t stand to hear it spoken. No mother, all you have is a name, not the title cherished by society.

Isolation, fear, or a journey into the unknown

Pain

It settles in and infests the best, leaving us sad and mad. Waiting for relief that never comes. Hoping to sleep, and dream of pleasant things.
It doesn’t come, not even with the sun. Just another gloomy day, making it through so you can go back to bed.

Yesterday

Yesterday is bittersweet, Filled with memories of the good and bad. Some of which make me very sad.
A warm home, loving arms, long, soft, silver hair, and a delicious homemade meal. Picking berries, going fishing, making pie, pulling taffy, making noodles, and stories of family.
Late night, prayers and bedtime in my airplane bed.
My grandma, my best friend, my true mother and father, when neither could be found.

Today, I remember you and the happy times. Someday, we will be reunited!

Once Upon A Time

Once upon a time, there was a child so innocent and pure. Her heart was as true as pure gold and as rich as the finest jewels. She trusted and loved others and God.

The world around her started in darkness, then there was a light that flickered in the darkness, then the darkness came again she endured atrocities and betrayal by the person that gave her life, she learned that even this person couldn’t be trusted.

Through her faith, she stayed strong, one true protector to hold dear he rescued her from great despair, not overnight, but in his time.
Every prayer from this girl, rewarded with a loving family of her own, she soon would overcome.
Even though darkness would make itself known she would stay strong. Can’t and won’t was redefined to can and will.

Dear God from the abused child

Dear God on judgement day when my voice is finally heard and believed. Will you allow me to speak? Will you show my biological mother all the things she did to make me weep?
Will you show her the actions and doubts and loss she caused in vivid HD?

When making your judgment will you ask me what I think? I promise
I won’t be weak. I will be fair when I speak. My heart will be healed when I’m finally heard by you.
